Oh my goodness it’s Go Go Go. Today I have had a call from Gavin my Personal Trainer from Tees Active Ltd who is going to work with me along with his colleague Paul. I can already imagine a New me especially when I have 10 hrs one to one personal training each week. My Goodness it is so exciting. I have just received an appointment for a further consultation with Paul Baguley and it is all starting to seem real! My appointment is on Tuesday 21st June (the day before I get a knee replacement). I was quite calm about the appointment until I read and was told a camera crew from Tyne Tees Television would be present and now I am really really NERVOUS but very EXCITED
