Linda Heads explains how the project of Dream Image North East started…
“I first thought of the concept of the project almost two years ago, but like a lot of people in business, I never had the time to do anything about it. The project was going to be something with a real “feel good factor” for the North East encouraging businesses and professions to work hand in hand showing they were prepared to give something back to the community. The idea to give someone a truly life changing experience using local expertise and talent would heighten awareness of what is available in our area and, hopefully, raise the profile of the North East.”
“After discussions with other colleagues and with their encouragement, I was convinced it was time to, at last, try to put the project into action. Everyone who has been approached to participate has adopted the project wholeheartedly and has made its launch much easier than anticipated. Of course, anything worth doing always entails a lot of hard work and I have to applaud everyone so far for the sterling effort made to launch the project in such a short space of time.”
